Acting responsibly is one of our key strategic priorities and sustainable thinking is embedded within our business model, underpinning all elements of investment and asset management.
This year, we have reviewed our materiality assessment and ESG priorities. The results of that have driven our ESG strategy and supporting policy framework.
In addition, we have continued to make good progress with initiatives to reduce our emissions across the portfolio.

- Invested significantly into the portfolio, upgrading building structures and future proofing the portfolio
- 20% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions compared to 2019 baseline
- 11% reduction in Scope 1 energy intensity compared to 2019 baseline
- 55% reduction in Scope 2 energy intensity compared to 2019 baseline
- 97% of new leases contained green lease clauses
- Progressed decarbonisation strategy across the portfolio with installation of 531 solar panels
- 83% improved portfolio EPC ratings, ranked A-C
Social impact
- Carried out annual occupier surveys at industrial and office assets
- 88% of occupiers would recommend us as a landlord
- Carried out annual employee engagement survey with an employee satisfaction score of 76%
- £26,000 charitable donations, supporting 15 charities
Governance and advocacy
- Maintained EPRA Gold awards for both Annual Report and sustainability reporting
- Maintained our GRESB rating three Green star status
- Third party assurance of GRESB data submission
- Reported in line with Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures
