This is the largest proportion of the portfolio by value. We own 17 industrial assets located across the UK, ranging from distribution warehouses, primarily located within the Midlands, to industrial estates, trade counter units and solus units, primarily located in the South East of England.
We own 15 office assets. Whilst some assets have single occupiers, on the whole our buildings are multi let. By value these are biased towards London and South East markets, although recent acquisitions have been in Manchester, Glasgow and Bristol.
We own 17 retail assets. Our largest includes a flagship store in Long Acre, Covent Garden, London. Our portfolio These include high street shops in towns such as Bath, Bristol, Carlisle and Leeds. We also own a number of 'out of town' retail warehouse parks, a hotel and a restaurant scheme.
