  • Not trophy assets
  • Flexible in respect of income maturity
  • Fully or part income producing
  • We will also consider portfolio opportunities

Ideal lot size

  • £10 – 30 million
  • Will occasionally consider outside of this range dependent upon asset characteristics

Our current requirement, but not exclusively is for:

  • Good road connectivity
  • Good eaves height
