Transparent and accountable reporting remains a key priority for us on sustainability issues so that our stakeholders can make informed decisions.
We are committed to ensuring our data collection and management is in line with best practice to continue to assist with both our GRESB and EPRA reporting requirements and we have identified areas where we can improve our score in the future.
"This year we have been focused on setting out our approach to tackling climate change and our priority actions to decarbonising our portfolio. Recognising our ongoing work on sustainable refurbishments, including renewables, we are pleased to have improved our GRESB score for 2022."
