We invest opportunistically across all sectors and regions of the UK property market. We are looking at opportunities where the potential exists for either income or capital enhancement.

  • Good Fundamentals – location, configuration, specification, car parking if appropriate
  • Not trophy assets
  • Flexible in respect of income maturity
  • Fully or Part income producing
  • We will also consider portfolio opportunities

Ideal lot size

  • £10 – 30 million
  • Will occasionally consider outside of this range dependent upon asset characteristics

Our current requirement, but not exclusively is for:

  • Multi-let or solus units
  • Good road connectivity
  • Good eaves height

Retail and retail warehousing

  • Across the UK
  • High St Parade/Island sites
  • Retail warehousing – if dominant store or park

  • Single, Multi-let or VP
