As we start the year, one last look back at the standout moments over 2015 which were as follows:

Delivered a 14% Shareholder total return

Increased our dividend by 10% in May 2015

Established £26 million revolving credit facility to provide additional firepower/financial flexibility

Completed £100 million Placing Programme which commenced May 2014

Reshaped the portfolio with £70 million of acquisitions and £10 million of disposals

Celebrated 10 years since our IPO in 2005

Raised £20,000 for three great charities: War Child, LandAid and The Funding Network through our ‘Waterloo to Waterloo’ challenge

Supported the Investment Property Forum research programme 2015–2018

Shortlisted for both the FT Investors Chronicle Investment and Wealth Management Awards 2015 and AIC/Investment Week – Investment Company of the Year Awards 2015

Became a member of European Public Real Estate Association

Supported University of the Arts, London as part of the repositioning and refurbishment of Angel Gate, EC1 with The Picton Arts Prize

Awarded EPRA Gold for our 2014/2015 Annual Report and Accounts
