25,000 ordinary shares at 37.25p representing 0.007% of the Company's issued share capital.  The shares are registered under Barclay Stockbrokers.


Elizabeth Thompson is the beneficial holder of a total of 64,433 ordinary shares, representing 0.0186% of the Company's issued share capital.


Mr Thompson is the beneficial holder of a total of 63,693 ordinary shares, representing 0.0184% of the Company's issued share capital.
