  • We will also consider portfolio opportunities

Ideal Lot Size

  • £10 – 30 million
  • Will occasionally consider outside of this range dependent upon asset characteristics

Our current requirement, but not exclusively is for:

  • Multi-let or solus units
  • Good road connectivity
  • Good eaves height

Retail and Retail Warehousing

  • Across the UK
  • High St Parade/Island sites
  • Retail warehousing – if dominant store or park
