Picton are proud to hold onto their European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) Gold Award for a second year running. The award is credited for exceptional compliance with EPRA's Best Practice Recommendations which have been disclosed in Picton's 2016 Annual Report.
The BPRs lie at the heart of EPRA's mission to improve professional standards and the consistency of performance reporting across listed real estate companies in Europe.
As an EPRA member, we aim to be transparent with our EPRA reporting, as such we have scored above 80% across all 6 Performance Measures: EPRA Earnings; NAV (net asset value); NNNAV (triple net asset value); Initial Yields; Vacancy Rates and Cost Ratios; as well as on a series of general recommendations.
We have also been credited with a Silver award for the second year running for its EPRA sustainability reporting. The EPRA Sustainability Best Practice Recommendations (SBPR) encourage disclosure and transparency of the environmental performance across the portfolio.
We will continue to engage with EPRA to improve reporrting for our stakeholders and wider audience.
